My Mum was sent home on palliative care due to heart and kidney failure. This sad and difficult time was made so much more bearable by the arrival of the wonderful angels from Chiltern Healthcare. In spite of the situation my Mum and I looked forward to the visits, four times a day from Florence, Suad and Marium. They never failed to lift our spirits and showed such remarkable compassion, tenderness and care towards Mum. They even came back after Mum’s passing to offer their condolences and support. Chiltern have been providing care for my 93 year old mum who has Alzheimer’s for about a month now. The office were very helpful in setting things up and answering any questions and the two main carers Lina and Dawne are extremely good in providing mum with her care needs and keeping me updated. Having Chiltern looking after mum is a huge weight off our minds and I would highly recommend them.

Overall the staff ,both carers and the office staff have been very good and helpful.Towards the end the care my friend needed was impossible to manage at her home and is now in a nursing home.There was a blip at the end but I would like to thank those especially Kaltun who had to deal with the situation .

What can I say, I’m giving 5 stars because of the care I have had and is ongoing from my main carer Lena who is a dedicated,caring,very amicable trustworthy and experienced carer she is an absolute star.
