At Chiltern Healthcare all our clients, staff and all people who visit us will be treated with the utmost COMPASSION and RESPECT at all times. 


We aim to offer skilled care to enable clients supported by us to achieve their independence, optimum state of health and well-being. 


We uphold the human and citizenship rights of all our clients and all who work and visit our office. Individual choice and personal decision-making are the right of all our clients and will be supported by all the people who work here. 


The right of independence will be respected and encouraged for all our clients. 


The individual uniqueness of all our clients, staff and visitors will be recognised and these people will be treated with DIGNITY and RESPECT at all times. 


The individual requirement for privacy will be respected at all times and all information relating to individuals will be treated in a confidential manner to comply with the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR). 


We recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and aim to offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy the needs of all our clients and our staff.


We aim to train our care workers to give the best possible care to make a difference to our clients’ lives.  


We ensure care is to the highest standards and that all clients are respected, treated with dignity and compassion to enjoy living in their home. 


We work together with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspectors, Local Authorities and Multi-disciplinary team to ensure all Standards and Outcomes are achieved to run our business.


All our staff understand their full accountability, responsibility to deliver what is required of them at all levels and fully understand what is expected of them.  Managers and staff have a shared understanding of the key challenges, achievements, concerns and risks through our policies and procedures. 


We have resources and support available to develop our team and drive improvements.  Our staff are supported, have their rights and wellbeing protected and are motivated, caring and open as per our policies and procedures. 


There are clear and transparent processes in place for all our staff at Chiltern Healthcare to account for their decisions, actions, behaviour and performance .




In addition to Personal Care we can provide assistance with activities of daily living, domestic work, social visits, escorts to doctor’s appointments, leisure activities, holidays etc. Our carers are also trained to provide medication administration and more complex procedures i.e. PEG feed, stoma care, catheter care etc. Client’s requirements will be considered carefully and always catered for with Compassion, Dignity and utmost Respect.
