With her unwavering compassion and dedication, she has been an invaluable member of our team since 2019! Starting from the field, Tracey has worked her way up to the esteemed position of Office Manager, proving her exceptional skills and commitment every step of the way.

 

What sets Tracey apart is her genuine empathy and first-hand experience in the field. She understands the unique challenges and requirements of providing exceptional care. With her keen eye for detail, she effortlessly identifies all the necessary equipment to ensure the client’s safety and well-being. You can rest easy knowing that Tracey will leave no stone unturned in delivering care that exceeds expectations.

 

Tracey will always go above and beyond to make our clients’ healthcare journey seamless. Whether ordering vital equipment or assisting with healthcare package development, she ensures needs are considered and met with utmost care and professionalism.

Seynab Ali

North Regional Manager

Seynab is a remarkable individual who has been integral to Chiltern Healthcare since 2016. Starting as one of the first carers to join the company, Seynab has demonstrated unwavering dedication and a strong work ethic that has propelled her to her current position as the Regional Manager for the North of Milton Keynes at Chiltern Healthcare. Her journey from a carer to a managerial role is a testament to her hard work, determination and tireless efforts.

Sarah Mandhu

Care Plan and Risk Assessor Manager

With over 15 years of experience, Sarah is responsible for creating all care plans and risk assessments at Chiltern Healthcare, ensuring every client receives safe, person-centred support from the very start.

Her care plans have been rated “Outstanding” by local authority inspections, reflecting her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. You can work closely with Sarah to tailor a person-centred care plan that suits you or your loved one.

Shekha

Young Person's Department Manager

Shekha is our dedicated and compassionate Young Person’s Department Manager, here to support families in meeting the needs of their children. Shekha has worked with Chiltern Healthcare since 2010 ,  she has progressed from a Senior Carer to her current leadership role through hard work and commitment.
 
Shekha works closely with parents and social workers to ensure that children and families receive the right support at the right time. Known for her selfless nature and willingness to go the extra mile, Shekha consistently puts others first and is always ready to assist with care, guidance and a genuine desire to make a difference.
 
Under her guidance and the support of her team, you can be assured that your children will be in safe and caring hands.

Hayley

Deputy and Recruitment Manager

Hayley is often the first friendly face you will meet at Chiltern Healthcare. With Hayley, you can expect a warm, supportive experience from your very first interaction.

Known for her compassionate and approachable nature,  her warm and approachable manner helps put people at ease, especially during what can often feel like an overwhelming time. Hayley treats everyone with patience, empathy and respect, ensuring each person feels heard and valued.

Alongside supporting clients, Hayley plays a key role in the office, offering guidance and keeping communication running smoothly. She is also responsible for interviewing and onboarding new care staff, ensuring every team member is carefully selected, welcomed and fully prepared to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
